We placed an order around lunch time. We had to wait a few extra minutes but nothing crazy. We ordered the Ghost Pepper sandwich, regular crispy sandwich and a Cobb salad with ranch dressing....

The last three times I tried to eat there, the cashier ignored me until I got tired of waiting and left. Employees do not wash their hands between handling money and handling food.

Even during short staff this is ridiculous. Waited in drive thru line for 25 minutes with no service. No employee came to speaker and there was a car at pick up window that eventually drove off....
