Just in Raleigh for the weekend but this branch had an ATM drive up..and it was raining...score! :)

Needed to make a withdrawal and a deposit usually just use the ATM, but decided to go inside and was greeted with friendly staff who were knowledgeable, patient, and helpful.

Waited this morning for 40 minutes to see someone to see about opening a credit card.which is another story in it self very unhelpful banks have such few options for there customers first off they...
