A must stop when in town! Great little museum honoring all of our veterans... but the best part is being able to talk to the vets that go there daily. We met phenomenal people that did...

Welcome Home Veterans Military Museum at Richard's Coffee Shop in Mooresville, NC is a multifaceted establishment dedicated to honoring and supporting America's veterans, active duty personnel, and emergency services personnel. Founded by Army combat pilot Richard Warren in 1995, the museum serves as a gathering place, living military museum, gift shop, eatery, and 501c3 non-profit organization.
With a mission to advocate for veterans and their families, the museum invites both service members and community members to join in camaraderie, share stories, and become part of a growing family. Through the Book of Honor, which features over 21,000 veteran names, and the display of artifacts contributed by visiting veterans, Welcome Home Veterans creates a living history that pays tribute to the service and sacrifices of those who have served.
