History
My passion for baking started way back in high school when I was just a wee lassie. Using traditional Scottish recipes, I have been perfecting my craft since then. Throughout the years, I've baked for friends and family, hosted Tea parties and later worked as a baker for a local Tearoom. I also competed in the Shortbread competitions at the Triad Highland Games and won 9 medals between 2005 and 2012. This led me to finally start selling my products at the Greensboro Farmers Curb Market.
