Hey guys...my name is Ray and along with Chris and KJ, it would be our pleasure to host your wedding at The Warehouse1856. I have been a wedding photographer since 2000 and this is the fourth venue I have been a part of. Previous venues were The RiverRoom and The Loft on Front and Belle Vue Wilmington. Having owned a few smaller wedding venues I saw the need for something larger, different and unique. The vision is simple, to make it over the top, beautiful, and as we all know: Location is everything! Welcome to Warehouse 1856! We are perfect for larger events (seating about 150 and cocktail over 250). With so many weddings in the New Hanover area, especially downtown, we knew opening up a large venue is exactly what was needed. My passion for events, weddings and hosting parties speaks for itself. I believe community over competition in this industry and you will find we are a very tight knit group of wedding professionals with our brides best interest in mind. With so many options for wedding venues you are sure to find the perfect spot that will make your wedding day flawless.

Horrible place! Run far away! The owners are liars and snakes! They refused to refund my friend for her wedding after she was forced to cancel due to Covid.
