In reference to our 2.5 star rating, we as owners of Wake Appliance Repair dropped the ball when it came to keeping our finger on the pulse of your customer service experience with us. You will notice the negative reviews stopped in 2017 when we downsized our business to only the owners. We apologize for any rude interaction you may have had in the past with our office or technicians. After reading our reviews, I would probably hesitate to call us myself. This is not the kind of customer service that reflects us as individuals or that we wish to provide to our customers. We have good reviews on Google and excellent reviews from our Home Warranty customers. I assure you that you will receive courteous, prompt and professional service from Wake Appliance Repair. Dennis has 35 years experience servicing and repairing washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, ranges, ovens and garbage disposals.
