I wish there was a zero rating! The man at Vina Arboretum does a terrible job. He was rude, dismissive and did a terrible job with a simple hem. I was asked to pay upfront. Now, I know why! I get...

If I could give a zero I would. Took my Louie bag to get fixed and she glued the strapped together horrible. So upset. I'm livid. Paid $35.00 for glue SMH. Unbelievable

Always done correctly. Professional, quick, reasonable. If you are a "Karen" (and there are some on here...you know who you are), don't go and bother this business.
