I am a compassionate family nurse practitioner committed to providing comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management and patient education. \n I chose a career in medicine because I enjoy helping people and am fascinated with science, particularly anatomy and physiology. \n I am passionate about education. I believe understanding your health condition and the recommended treatments helps the patient be more vested and empowered to make the most appropriate healthcare choices and decisions for themselves, as well as to reach their personal goals and optimal health. \n I enjoy building relationships with people to better understand their health needs and goals and then working collaboratively with them to develop a plan to help them lead healthy and fulfilled lives. \n When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two boys. I love to play family games, conquer escape rooms, do yoga, hike, bike, fish or go trail riding in our Jeep.
