So, I was in the Vans (sneakers/shoe) department store at the Cross Creek Mall a few days ago and as usual, the selection of footwear is wonderful. Likewise, the customer service was great too....

Super friendly staff, very helpful with sizing and questions about products. Good size and style selection despite there seeming to be a shoe shortage elsewhere.

Basically ignored by all 3 employees working. Stood staring around waiting to ask to try on a pair of shoes and had 2 separate employees walk by and never stop and ask to help. Walked out and...
