The office was very quiet when I went in the middle of the week. The staff was very helpful. The atmosphere is very bland. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

Nice employees, efficient service. However, you do need to make an appointment to apply for or renew your passport. They do offer passport photos for an additional price as well.
