kevin in maintenance was absolutely fantastic. Took care of the issue, pronto and explained what the issue was. Very pleasant attitude as well.

Dion Hayes was very unprofessional, I thought uptown 550 was the best apartment complex in Charlotte, never had any problems at this location until today. He was extremely rude and unprofessional....

Been a resident here for almost a year and it's been an awesome experience - aside from all the wonderful amenities the building provides it's also centrally located to all the best neighborhoods...
