First time here and it was a great experience. At the time it was late afternoon on a Thursday, and it wasn't busy. The room is open and chill, not noisy except for two TVs on opposite walls....

Walked in and looked at me like I was from outer space. Taking appointments only - so call ahead. Disappointed to learn this based off of the reviews, but only one guy working and no one waiting....

My husband got a cut here and it was definitely worth the 30 minute wait ! They're clean and welcoming and it's a nice environment.
