This business closed with my order not received. They handled closing very poorly. The business was reopened by a new owner but they don't answer the phone either. Charlotte needs someone to help...

Terribly run business, if it wasn't for Misti at the Concord shop I would contact better business bureau! Nothing is ever in stock, always a backorder. I wouldn't say items are a great value...
