The staff were very friendly and helpful. The process to rent a u-haul was smooth and efficient. One of the better experiences I've had at U-Haul.

I scheduled a 10' truck pick up in Charlotte NC at 2pm. I called before 2pm and changed pick up to 3 pm. When I got to the location the attendant was not there. I had to call cooperate office...

This place is great! Needed to pick up a bunch of furniture I got antiquing. I made a reservation for a 9' cargo van. Picked up a 6' buffet and 2 dressers no problem! The rental check out process...
