History

Tyler's training career began in college while playing football at Duke University. Following multiple knee injuries, Tyler grew a passion for sports medicine and functional training to enhance athletic ability while preventing injury. He currently works with multiple clients overcoming total knee replacement surgery. Following college, Tyler expanded his training to South Florida working with boutique gyms, spinning studios, and local acupuncturists. His training is innovative, diverse, and individualized for each individuals fitness needs.
