All I can say is this place is great. The only downside is it's a small operation and they can only handle only a certain amount of custom orders. Bummer. A hidden gem in Troutman.

Troutman Baking Co is simply amazing! The owner Jayme is usually there and tries to please every whim and tastebud! This is one of the few bakeries in the area that have gluten free baked goods....
