Triangle Nephrology and Internal Medicine, P.A. was established in December 1991 by Balubhai N. Patel, M.D. Our practice is conveniently located in the heart of Cary, North Carolina. Our physicians and staff are committed to provide quality healthcare to each individual patient and to recognize the value of each patient. We offer an atmosphere of empathetic care while meeting the physical and emotional needs of each patient.

Specialties

We specialize in caring for patients with kidney disorders including chronic kidney disease, acute renal failure, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, fluid overload, and renal stone disease. Our practice also offers primary care in a friendly environment and treatment for most common medical conditions including diabetes mellitus, high cholesterol, heart disease, abdominal pain, weight gain, and COPD.
