Great Customer Service! I walked in 2 minutes before closing, and the young lady working still milled 10-pounds of grains for me. Seriously cool.

Triad Homebrew Supply, Inc What made us want to do this? Simple: We are home brewers ourselves. We had been in need of a critical item - Yeast - and had been looking around in the local shops who carried, as a courtesy, homebrew supplies. Sadly, the selection was limited. So we looked at the local situation, the Triad ( Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina ) and decided what is really needed is a full-time DEDICATED homebrew supply resource that would offer just about everything that home brewer would need. Tried this place and unfortunately not a great experience. Dakota, the person working that day was very friendly and knowledgable. Spent about $150 on beer supplies (grain, hops, yeast, etc...),...

I drove across town to visit but I guess I should have called first. We arrived an hour before the sign on the door said they closed, but the doors were locked and the lights were off....
