History

I coach some clients at my office in Asheville. I coach even more of my clients, whether they live in Asheville or elsewhere in the world, by phone. No matter where they live, and no matter whether in person or by phone, we work successfully to make significant progress each session in transforming their lives.

Specialties

I specialize in coaching clients who have suffered childhood traumas, have done considerable psychotherapy and or recovery work, yet still feel thwarted. By providing powerful new tools and techniques, Thrive Coaching enables such individuals to achieve long-cherished objectives regarding their careers, intimate relationships, family relationships, avocations, and lifestyles. The Thrive Coaching process supports them in articulating the goals and values that most inspire them; building on their strengths; and transforming their lives from significantly healed (but lacking) to deeply fulfilled. My clients are thoughtful, intelligent individuals who have benefited a great deal from the therapeutic and/or recovery work they already have done. But they still struggle with one or more key unfulfilled aspects of their lives.
