We had their food at the Vegan Fest in Knoxville and it was excellent. We were recently driving through Morganton on a trip and my husband said he wished their food truck was open.

Delicious vegan food. I had the BBQ soy curl sandwich. It was nicely balanced in flavor. Not too sweet, with an acidic bite. I will look for them again to try other dishes in the future.
