Very friendly and professional operation. I rented a PMB prior to moving to Mount Airy and the always notified me when packages arrived. Never had any problems.

I have used the UPS store many times. Have always had a pleasant experience. Never had any issues but I am normally just returning or shipping something simple that always has a prepaid label.
