This is my go to UPS store. Service is wonderful. Very polite and very helpful. Drive from Marion and could go to store closer but service is great here so worth the drive.

I showed up to the store just as the gentlemen was closing for the night. He was so kind to let me in and assist me and had a great attitude about it.

Customer service is only ok if everything goes well. If you have a problem, don't expect anyone to listen or help. We're switching to FedEx.

6 out of the last 8 times I have been to this location to return something from Amazon their system has been down. I wish Amazon would change to Fed Ex.

Ran in as the door was being locked for closing and she told me to come in and graciously let me process my package. Professional, courteous, and kind during a busy week for the store. Excellent!
