This store (Ninth St) charges $5 hold fees for packages, even if they are FREE UPS STORE PICKUP! Avoid! Use the Meadowmont (Chapel Hill) or Apex location. Even if your order receipt says free...

The employees were quite nice and very efficient. We needed to return some Amazon products and mail some documents and the young lady who aided us did so quickly and we were in an out in no time...
