The State Rooms on Church Street

Nothing gets you closer to shopping, restaurants or the beautiful scenery that downtown Swansboro has to offer than The State Rooms on Church Street. The State Rooms on Church Street consist of five separate custom furnished luxurious suites situated in the heart of Swansboro’s historic waterfront. Enjoy a complementary bottle of wine along with food vouchers to the downstairs Pub/ Deli with each stay! Smell the salt air, enjoy the view, dine at our downstairs Pub & Deli, or leisurely walk to a variety of boutiques, shops, restaurants, or one of Swansboro’s special annual events throughout the year like Arts by the Sea (June) the Mullet Festival (October) and the Christmas Flotilla (December). Summer guests can enjoy free Swanfest concerts every Sunday at 6:30pm and can be enjoyed from the comforts of their front porch. Units 4-7 are equipped with a King bed, refrigerator, microwave, plentiful storage, tiled master shower and washroom. Unit 3 has the same amenities with a Queen bed.
