Great location!!! These apartments were built strong and steady, centrally located in Raleigh NC. Even if your on the third floor and the laundry room is dicey, still a great bang for your buck!

I lived there 20 + years ago. Heat at the time was $250.00 a month. NO A/C. Dirty hallways. But huge apartment. I had a great time the 5 years there. Would never go back though.

I love my apartment. Hardwood floors will always win me over. Then add a fantastic office & maintenance crew, low utility bills & a pretty unbeatable location to the deal, you just can't go wrong!...
