Established in 2019. The Laughing Owl Restaurant was established in June 2019 but has been serving Goldsboro community for over 10 years and Now, we want to be apart of Kinston as well. We offer a wide selection of delicious Asian food from Mongolian Beef to Soft Shell Crab sandwich and signatures' cocktails.
