Started way back in the 70s, maybe 60s, the Island Market (in one form or another) as been the one stop shop for stop-gap fill-ins for your vacation on Sunset. Need a stick of butter? We've got it. Need a DVD for that rainy day? Got 'em! Awesome t-shirts, stickers and sweatshirts are just waiting for you to discover them. We carry locally roasted Rooster & the Hen Coffee, Twinings tea from across the pond, and a pretty dang good selection of beer. Located in the back of the Island Market is the Swing Bridge Grill where you can grab a breakfast sandwich fro breakfast, or for lunch your choice of a wrap, hoagie, philly, hot dogs, hamburgers, fries and all kinds of other yummies.
The only place on the island for groceries including a large selection of beers, soft drinks, snacks, and clothing!

Recently moved to the island and have enjoyed having the market close by as they stock so many things. Great coffee, sandwiches and pizza at the Sand Bar!
