The owner of Hair Whisper Salon, Karen A. Proulx has been a licensed professional for well over 26 years. Starting in San Diego CA and now designing and creating exquisite hair for clients in North Carolina. Karen yeilds an extensive background as a Master Colorist. Karen trained with L'Oreal Professionel Color Company as an ATT (Artistic Technical Trainer) teaching color to other salon professionals. Now she feels it's time to share her beauty secrets with all her clients.
