Roaches everywhere. Rent was raised, bugs everywhere. Maintenance and upkeep almost nonexistent. Buildings need upgrading badly

Poor prioritization in upkeep/repairs of general facilities. I would prioritize sidewalk and step repairs first since it's a safety issues then move on to general indoor facility repairs.
