Place has the worst upstairs neighbors on the second floor, also has tons of roaches. Upstairs neighbors stomp around all night and all day constantly. Water pressure is bad a lot of the time....

DO NOT MOVE HERE This place is a RIP OFF There are huge bugs that just linger around the apartment, hallways & elevator. The AC & Heat gets confused all the time & you have to turn it completely...
