Davis Health Care Center is an intermediate and skilled nursing facility providing health care services to its residents in a home-like environment. It offers a more than 195-bed skilled nursing facility, an over 40-bed special care Alzheimer's disease unit, Medicare- and Medicaid-certified beds, and private and semiprivate rooms. The facility additionally offers 24-hour licensed nursing professionals, and a full range of activities, including weekly field trips and weekly church services in its chapel and a social services department. It additionally provides mental health services; on-staff registered dieticians and dietary services, including a main dining room serving three meals and daily snacks; laundry services; cable television; and a gift shop on the premises. It also offers physical, occupational and speech therapy services; transportation; quarterly in-house dental, vision and hearing services; an in-house beauty salon; and pharmacy services.
