Fantastic host and interesting crowd made for a memorable stay. Great option reasonably close to outdoor activities and Asheville.

The Ashe Farm and Antique Barn located just one mile up the road from MadisonCounty Courthouse inMarshall, is a cozy bed and breakfast owned by Roger and Sandy McCracken. We offer delicious farm-to-table breakfast choices every morning. Sandy's homemade cookies, courtesy tea, coffee, cold beverages, beer, wines, and assorted fruits and cheeses are available in the afternoon. Overnight guests can enjoy use of the patio, outdoor grill and sit around our outdoor wood burning fire place. Our property offers other outdoor venues such as: the Back Deck for eating or rocking, the Garden/Creek BBQ area, the Fire Pit, the Picnic table by the creek, the Creek walk and hiking trail up our mountain. All of our guests room are furnished with antiques and in addition, there are hundred of antiques to pursue; which collectors will be delighted to find that they are for sale. Our area offers zip lines, horseback riding, hot springs, river rafting, hiking, shopping and wonderful local festivals.

Was excited about staying here but plans changed. Originally booked through booking.com. I knew that there was going to be a cancellation fee. Email from booking.com says that Ashe farms refused...
