The lobby is very nice and smells good. There are loads of couches and chairs and a cafe. The front desk clerk was helpful in getting us a room when we arrived a little earlier than check in....

Inaccessible front desk on check in. Low flow showers. At breakfast time 9:30 The restaurant had no one at the counter. I was told by the front desk that "no they be there". I went back again...
