My idea came to me after many grueling years working for a oil company. At that time I was yearning for something of my own making so, I set up shop for a restaurant/butchery shop in Jefferson, NC as the climate here was cooling and refreshing. After many years working in an obscured location I moved my business to a more lively location during the beginning of 2019 and added a corner store to my business.
