We had a pretty good experience overall. Store was clean, employees were nice, the food was mad correctly although some of it didn't live up to expectations and I threw an entire 6 inch away....

Employees are friendly but stingy with the toppings. Steak is tasteless. Some employees mash the bread flat when they cut it.

I placed an order on the app. The order went through and the charges were taken out of my bank account. But the person making the sandwiches told me that it hadn't come through on their system. So...
