Founded by George W. Morosani in 1976, George's Stor-Mor has been the first self-storage company to create an official storage presence in Asheville, North Carolina. His idea originally was a variant in the commercial warehousing industry. Our company was one of the first members of the Self Storage Association in the United States and the North Carolina Self Storage Association and remains a current member today. George's Stor-Mor has experienced continued growth and now encompasses six facilities in Buncombe and Henderson counties. We have now grown to offer climate controlled storage and recreational vehicle storage. At the same time George's Stor-Mor still retains the same family values that drove this local company from the beginning. We take pride in each facility and strive to provide the best storage experience for our tenants. Customer service is always a priority as well as support from our site managers.
