Visit the wine and mead tasting room, the Cellar, to enjoy our wines, meads, and world-renowned Ancestral Mead; a style of mead made famous by Stardust Cellars that uses the practice of hand-stirring raw local honey and natural water to conjure native honey probiotics that spontaneously ferment the honey they come in on. Through Overwintering and bottle conditioning, this method ancestrale mead is a naturally effervescent "pet-nat" worthy of cellaring. Enjoy a 9 hole disc golf course, Mediterranean food and mead pairings, and constantly revolving events. The biodynamic indigenous grape vineyard grows the oldest grapes on the planet, muscadine, with male and female plants to be pollinated by our honey bees. This vineyard and the Cellar are occasionally rented for weddings while the outdoor grounds are known as the host of the annual NC Mead Fest amongst other festivals.

This is a small bar in a really small strip-mall with a big heart. There are several outdoor areas, both covered and open. There is a nice menu of wine, brews & mead and ample parking.
