They were very busy and the line was pretty long but it moved pretty quickly. The wait for my breakfast was about 5 mins.

Paid $12 for watered down chai. Apparently they don't have to hold themselves to SB standards. I would've been better off ordering hot water, it would've saved me the money and tasted the same.
