I really hate to trash this Starbucks, because I live in the same town as the kids that work here, but this place is chronically understaffed. It's by the highway and gets positively slammed...

Don't go to this Starbucks unless you have 4hrs to wait on your order!!! We waited forever and there weren't even many customers in the store!!!

OMG, never ever ever ever again. 15 minutes for a sandwich and cold coffee, wow Chapel Hill in a handbasket!

They have 8 people behind the counter. Took half hour to get my drink. Worst Starbucks ever.
