Always seems to be slow and hardly anyone working and it is a very busy location. The girl whose name starts with an "E" ignores you, tries to multi task and then takes forever making your drink....

Ordered a cold brew paid $6 something for a venti and you can't even fill it up.... That's ridiculous I have been getting this drink for a while now and it's also full.

Ordered a mocha Frappuccino. No mocha. Okay fine. Make it reg. Frap. Zion made it without any sweetener. Basically a weak coffee with whipped cream on top. Might want to train Zion on the recipes.

They need to ask for names to put in orders. Sometimes there are just too many people with orders and due to masks and plastic barriers there is confusion with orders to be picked up. Especially...
