Horrible eyeglasses' returned once because they didn't make our glasses progressive as per our prescriptions, even then I had to switch back to my original glasses (which were less strength)....

Although the exam is virtual, I found the Rx to be the best I have had. The staff is friendly and helpful. I brought my niece there as well, the team is always helpful.
