I read the poor reviews but decided to form my own opinion. So far, I am pleased. Jerry assisted us yesterday and was very professional. I left Verizon and am hoping I am happy with Sprint....

Terrible! If you need a phone immediately, don't go here...I went to buy a phone because mine was broken, I wasn't due for an upgrade so I offered to pay full price... they wouldn't sell a phone...

So Sprint are you proud of yourselves that you lied to a customer and brought her to tears? My wife switched 4 phones from Verizon when she was promised that you would reimburse up to $650 to pay...
