South Burlington Waste Treatment

The South Burlington Wastewater Treatment Plant, located in Graham, NC, has been in operation since 1971 and has undergone two upgrades in 1983 and 1992. With a capacity to treat 12 million gallons per day, the plant effectively separates organic matter from water using a biological process and discharges the treated water into Big Alamance Creek.
