Waited at the drive-through window for 15 minutes. Didn't even get to order. Just ended up leaving the lady on the drive-through was super rude

Omm there was a black little substance in my slushie i looked down im like wtf!! this black substance broke threw my straw i grabbed a spoon i see a little black substance

Waited 15 mins to order and another 15 mins for the 2 mini blasts to never arrive while you sit and watch the employees goofing off through the window. Won't be back

Disrespectful staff and worker make face at me while we were at the drive thru window all because i asked for a pretzel. AND THEN THEY DIDNT GIVE ME THE PRETZLE smh
