The rating is NOT based on the product...the smoothies are always good. The customer service is the reason for the rating. There's one lady there that doesn't smile...like she seriously does not...

Do not and I repeat do not visit this location on Woodlawn. The morning shift person/young lady has no concept of productivity and people's time. I have been visiting this establishment for a few...

Came to this location on a Tuesday morning at 9 am for my meal replacement smoothie only to be stopped by an employee outside smoking telling me they aren't open. No explanation either.

Amazing drinks. The Hulk is my favorite. I have it for lunch daily due to my limited eating ability from cancer surgery. The employees are awesome too!
