I am a licensed barber/cosmetologist. I have held both licenses since 2003. I attended The Dayton Barber College where I achieved my first license, and after obtaining that I decided to get my cosmetology license. I moved to the Charlotte, North Carolina area June of 2011 from Dayton, OH, While here I received my current barber license for the state of North Carolina. She does a good job but what hurts the customer service is the new payment procedures, you have to pre pay and I've never had to pre pay for a haircut. What makes it worse is emergency happens and...
