Simply Barbecue was opened October 4,2017. Pitmaster Dennis Sansone brought 30 years of culinary skills and love of barbecue to the Greater Holden Beach area. He always dreamed of opening his own food truck.
Specialties
Simply Barbecue specializes in hickory smoked beef brisket, pulled pork and pork ribs, each rubbed in a unique blend of spices. All meats are smoked in house. All sides are house made. We are a family run business, veteran owned. Our menu may be limited but that is why we are called Simply Barbecue.

Always amazing! Every time we head to Holden Beach, this is a must stop for us. We usually take out at least twice. My son cannot get enough, and he is picky.

Simply Barbeque is simply the best!!! Served 13 people. Rave reviews from everyone. The only debate was which was better, the potato salad or the Cole slaw.

This place was amazing! We stopped on our way to a vacation house and we are glad we did. The BBQ was to die for and the service was amazing. YOU WANT TO STOP HERE!! We had the Texas brisket...
