Seven Springs Farm is a family-owned organic farm nestled in the western North Carolina mountain community of Green Mountain. Led by owner Shanais Pelka, a nutritionist and herbalist, the farm offers a range of activities, farm-to-table dining at their seasonal roadside cafe, and online shopping for their herbal tea products.
