Event Booking Looking for a different experience for guests at an event, but they are paying for their dessert and food? Book with us! We require a card on file or deposit of $300. If we exceed $300 in sales for your event you will not be charged. If we are under $300 in sales from your guests you will be charged the difference to meet our $300 dollar minimum for non-catered events. Book a Catering We do have a minimum for Catering of $250. Within Cabarrus County, North Carolina we do not impose a travel fee. Any event depending on size and location may incur a fee for travel that can be negotiated. Scooped Ice Cream Booking: o We bring selection of flavors from our current varieties in stock o $250 minimum fee o Includes service for 40 o Additional charge $6 per person o Tax and 18% gratuity is not included in the fee o Customer charged at completion of event by Square invoice Made to Order Booking: o Customer chooses 2 - 3 flavors o $500 minimum fee o Includes service for 50 o Additional charge $7 per person o Tax and 18% gratuity is not included in the fee o Customer charged at completion of event by Square invoice Any pre baked desserts or special requests are an additional cost and are negotiable.
