Answer the phone. Actually get out of your chairs and wait on folks entering the store. Your prices are very high with fru iture with several flaws

You can never get in touch with anyone on the phone to get help. They do not return messages, but I bet if you owed them money they would blow your phone up. Customer services is not what it use...
